ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT FOR COMPLIMENTARY REGISTRATIONS
EIOC 2026 is pleased to offer complimentary (Free) registration to all active and practicing healthcare professionals, including pharmacists primarily serving in hospitals or clinics, regardless of affiliation with any professional society.
To verify eligibility, all registrants are required to upload a valid and current staff or student ID during the registration process.
Registration Category Selection:
Please select the appropriate registration category based on your professional role to ensure we receive proper information relevant to your field.
- Oncologist, Surgeon: This Category is exclusively for oncologists, surgeons, and consultant specialists directly involved in cancer care.
- Physician: This Category is exclusively for physician/general practitioner, internal medicine physicians, Obs-gynae and non-oncology consultants.
- Non-Physician: This Category is exclusively for nurses including oncology nurses, technicians, residents, researchers and other Allied HCPs.
- Students: Only students currently enrolled in a college/university are eligible to register under this category.
- Abstract Presenters: The category is exclusively for abstract presenters whose oral/e-poster submission has been accepted. The passcode to access this category will be provided alongside the notification of your abstract’s approval.
Important Note:
- You can only select maximum of 2 sessions on each day i.e; 4 session In total for the In person attendance for November 13-14, 2026. We request you to kindly go through the Program at Glance to select the sessions accordingly keeping in mind there's no parallel sessions selected on both the days.
- If you would like to add another session that overlaps with or runs in parallel to your current selection, please contact the organizers via email to assist in adding the additional session and reserving your seat, subject to availability.
*The EIOC organizers reserves the right to void a registration if Delegate Criteria are not met.
CME CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
- Delegates with full attendance on November 13 & 14 (In-person) and (Virtually) on November 15 can claim an impressive FULL CME points accredited by DHA.
- To ensure your attendance is recorded, please scan in and out of the session hall each day on November 13 & 14, 2026.
- CME points are accumulated based on attended hours.

For security and safety reasons:
- No entry to the exhibition area or conference halls will be permitted without an official conference badge. All attendees must wear their badges at all times while onsite.
- Children are not allowed in the exhibition area or conference halls under any circumstances.
