Dr. Faraz Khan is a Consultant Hematologist and Medical Oncologist with over 15 years experience in treating cancer and various blood diseases. He completed his Internal Medicine, Hematology and Medical oncology training from the University of Connecticut, CT, USA and is triple board certified in Internal medicine, Hematology and Medical Oncology. He worked as a consultant Hematologist/Medical Oncologist at PEI Cancer Treatment Center, PE, Canada and directed the provincial hemophilia and bleeding disorder clinic.
